Registration retrieval & payment

From 09/07/2026 12:00 AM IST onwards, users can no longer retrieve their registration/profile or make a payment. Turn this on to keep retrieval & payment open for users past that cutoff. Admins are never blocked.

Online payment

Master switch for online payment, independent of retrieval. Turn this off to close payment — users with an outstanding balance then see “Payments are currently closed…” instead of a Pay button. Admins are never blocked.
